Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Your email address and, for orders, your name, delivery address, and payment confirmation details
• Survey responses, including preferences about wine, pricing, and events
• Optional demographic information such as age range, gender, and area of Berlin
• Event booking details, including whether you have your own venue for private tastings
• The date, time, and language of any submission

We also use Firebase Analytics (Google) to collect anonymous usage information. Analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent.

• Ihre E-Mail-Adresse sowie bei Bestellungen Name, Lieferadresse und Zahlungsbestätigung

• Angaben zur Veranstaltungsbuchung, z. B. ob Sie bereits über eine eigene Location verfügen

Wir verwenden Firebase Analytics (Google) zur anonymen Nutzungsanalyse, nur mit Ihrer ausdrücklichen Einwilligung.

4. Legal basis for processing

Order and booking data is processed to fulfil our contract with you. Survey and marketing data is processed based on your explicit consent, given when submitting a form. You can withdraw consent at any time via privacy@kennedywine.com.

Bestell- und Buchungsdaten werden zur Vertragserfüllung verarbeitet. Umfrage- und Marketingdaten auf Grundlage Ihrer Einwilligung. Widerruf jederzeit unter privacy@kennedywine.com.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoicing data for as long as legally required for tax and commercial record-keeping purposes. Survey responses and marketing data are kept for a maximum of 24 months, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Bestell- und Rechnungsdaten werden gemäß gesetzlicher Aufbewahrungspflichten gespeichert. Umfrage- und Marketingdaten maximal 24 Monate oder bis zur Löschungsanfrage.

6. Who we share your data with

10. Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the day you (or a third party named by you) receive the goods.

To exercise this right, contact us at hello@kennedywine.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. Where a full box or bottle has already been opened or consumed, or where perishability or hygiene reasons apply, this right may be limited — we'll confirm this with you directly for your specific order.

Event bookings (private tastings, group experiences) may be cancelled or rescheduled up to a specified number of days before the event; specific terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

10. Ihr Widerrufsrecht

Als Verbraucher haben Sie grundsätzlich das Recht, innerhalb von 14 Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen von einem Kauf zurückzutreten, beginnend mit dem Tag, an dem Sie (oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter) die Ware erhalten haben.

Zur Ausübung dieses Rechts wenden Sie sich bitte an hello@kennedywine.com mit einer eindeutigen Erklärung Ihres Widerrufs. Bei bereits geöffneten oder verzehrten Produkten oder aus Gründen der Verderblichkeit bzw. Hygiene kann dieses Recht eingeschränkt sein — wir bestätigen dies im Einzelfall.

Veranstaltungsbuchungen können bis zu einer bestimmten Frist vor dem Termin storniert oder verschoben werden; die genauen Bedingungen werden bei der Buchung mitgeteilt.

11. Payment methods

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Accepted methods are shown at checkout and may include credit/debit card, SEPA direct debit, and other options offered by Stripe in Germany.

For subscriptions, your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date by contacting hello@kennedywine.com.

11. Zahlungsarten

Zahlungen werden sicher über Stripe abgewickelt. Die verfügbaren Zahlungsarten werden beim Checkout angezeigt und können Kredit-/Debitkarte, SEPA-Lastschrift und weitere von Stripe angebotene Optionen umfassen.

Bei Abonnements wird Ihr Zahlungsmittel zu Beginn jedes Abrechnungszeitraums automatisch belastet, bis Sie kündigen. Eine Kündigung ist jederzeit vor dem nächsten Abrechnungstermin per E-Mail an hello@kennedywine.com möglich.

12. Shipping & delivery

We currently ship within Germany, with plans to expand across the DACH region. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout and may vary based on producer availability.

Because our products contain alcohol, German law requires age verification either during ordering or at the point of delivery. Our courier may require an adult to be present to sign for and confirm the age of the recipient before handing over your order.

12. Versand & Lieferung

Wir versenden derzeit innerhalb Deutschlands, mit geplanter Erweiterung auf den gesamten DACH-Raum. Voraussichtliche Lieferzeiten werden beim Checkout angezeigt und können je nach Verfügbarkeit variieren.

Da unsere Produkte Alkohol enthalten, ist nach deutschem Recht eine Altersverifizierung entweder beim Bestellvorgang oder bei der Lieferung erforderlich. Unser Zustelldienst kann verlangen, dass eine volljährige Person die Übergabe unterschreibt und ihr Alter bestätigt.
