When you complete our survey, we may collect:

• Your survey responses, including preferences about wine, pricing, and events

• The date and time your response was submitted
• The language you completed the survey in

We also use Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous information about how visitors use this website. Analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent.

We process your personal data based on your explicit consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox when submitting the survey. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting privacy@kennedywine.com.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep your survey responses and email address for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

Maximal 24 Monate ab Einreichung oder bis zur Löschungsanfrage, je nachdem was früher eintritt.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted within the European Union. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
